NINE (9) YEARS OF MUNICIPAL TAX RATE DECREASES
Through prudent and disciplined financial management of the Township's budget, the municipal portion of the tax rate has only increased ONCE in the last ten years!
PROACTIVE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
Continued paving projects throughout the township, while working with Somerset County to ensure all roads are safe!
PARKS AND RECREATION
With the assistance of the County, the Township acquired the former Green Brook Swim Club property, and transformed it into the Arthur L. Lewis Park. The park is a beautiful open space, with playgrounds, pavilion, spray park and large lawn area for events.
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY
Green Brook Township is one of the least leveraged municipalities in Somerset County.
STRONG SUPPORT OF POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS
We will continue to fully fund our local police and fire departments, and actively participate and support the annual Police Night Out.
